The caravan has Central Heating for those chilly nights and can be adjusted for your comfort. A fold out sofa bed in the Lounge means you can sleep 6 and it’s kitted out for 6, so no having to venture out for an extra glass for the wine.
It is well maintained and a full inventory can be found in the caravan ensuring you have the best holiday. It is well loved and cared for by its private owner. We are both child and pet friendly, although we would ask you clean up after both.

How does a Sea View appeal? No matter what the weather come rain or shine and just a 2 minute walk to Devon Cliffs own Private Sandy Beach.
Comfortable wrap around seating in the Lounge with a few home comforts including a TV and most importantly WiFi*. With a few Adult and Children's books and Games for all ages (these are restricted due to Covid Guidelines) to while away the hours as you rest and recuperate from your busy lives.
To help you relax after your journey you'll find a Welcome Pack consisting of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits and orange juice and sweets for the children. If you are bringing a dog to my pet friendly static then look out for their treat as well. After all we treat them as one of the family so why shouldn't they relax as well.
Time now to think of food, do we cook or get a Take Away. Whatever you choose to do the kitchen is fully equipped with modern Gas Cooker, Microwave, 4 Slice Toaster, Electric Kettle, Pots, Pans, Kitchen Utensils, including the Corkscrew for the bottle of wine or two as well as a Complimentary washing up liquid. Two stainless steel dog bowls are also provided.
In the large cupboard by the door there is a Hoover, Dust Pan and Brush, Mop and Bucket and an Ironing Table. The Iron can also be found in this cupboard.
Next the Dining Table and you'll find once again everything you will need. From the matching china dinner plates, tea plates, bowls and mugs for six, to the egg cups. Wine and Water Glasses and Viners Cutlery. Serviettes are in the cupboard to the left of the cooker. There are extra plates and bowls which can be used in the microwave.
Don't let the sea view distract you too much as you enjoy your meals.
A very comfortable double bed awaits you when you retire for the night. Clean and Cosy 13.5Tog Duvet, with a variety of bedding sets, all newly purchased. Matching curtains and Bed Runner to make it feel extra special. Twin bedside 'Touch' lights, over head cupboards and in the right hand one you'll find the Hairdryer. Also a large double wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. With an en-suite Toilet and Basin.
Let's not forget where your other guests will sleep.
Here we have the Twin Bedroom, with comfortable cosy matching Bedding, not often Pink. In case you have a young man who like my Grandson announced, 'It's Pink, I'm not sleeping in that I'd rather sleep on the floor', just let me know when you book and I'll make sure it's not Pink Bedding when you stay.
Opposite the Twin Bedroom is the second Toilet in Dragon's Offspring, Basin and a large Shower Cubicle.
So what else is there I hear you ask?
For those extra guests underneath this window is the fold out Double Sofa Bed. If you have booked additional guests and requested the use of this bed, bedding can be found in the base of the large wardrobe in the Double Bedroom.
Externally Dragon's Offspring has side decking, still with a sea view and there is a small glass topped table to rest your drinks on as you relax and comfortable chairs for both adults and children. In the Cupboard are more chairs, these are suitable for the beach. Please rinse the sand of if you do use them before putting them away. There is also a shoe rack to use if you so wish. Nestled in one corner is a battered but serviceable water bowl for your pet. The outside tap adjacent to the steps is ideal to rinse those sandy feet or give the pet a quick shower before entering your holiday home. This year we have added Tarmac Hard Standing adjacent to Dragons Offspring, so no walking on wet grass (it does rain here sometimes) and you have a guaranteed private parking space right next to your holiday home.
